Shop policies

Each item you hold (eventually) is hand crafted product from cradle to grave - from the selection of the best leather, finest linen thread to the traditional techniques employed in the making of the finished product.


For custom orders:

All our items are designed from scratch and hand crafted - depending on the complexity of the product, please allow 4-8 weeks for completion. As we expect the final product to be the best possible quality - your patience is appreciated. 

For ready-to-order items:

Ready made items will be shipped on the next available business day upon payment. 


Please provide your delivery address and phone number at the time of your purchase

For International Shipping:

After the item is made, your order will be shipped by Standard Air Shipping with Registration Service taking 7-12 business days to major cities all over the world. For local taxes and restrictions on leather goods, please do check with your local authorities before purchase as we are unable to keep up with all international laws and regulations. 

For Local Shipping:

After the item is made, your order will be shipped by Registered Mail Service for 2-3 business days


We are not responsible for any lost item or damaged item that are caused by delivery. We try to avoid it by shipping your item with Registration Service in order to keep the tracking status

If your parcel is unclaimed and being returned to us by local post office, you may need to pay returning delivery cost for sending you back the parcel from us, cost to be quoted upon the item

If your parcel is stalled at your local customs for taxes and restrictions or quarantined, we will not be responsible (please do make sure that products are deemed legal in your state before processing).

Refunds and Exchanges

Any returns are subject to the following terms;

(1) Returns must be made within 7 days from date you received the item.

(2) Goods must not be used and reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Please note that Original shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Costs for return shipping are to be borne by the buyer.

We apologize that we do not provide refund or exchange for all bespoke items (including broken or damaged products that caused by shipping) All items will be checked and carefully packed to ensure mint condition upon delivery.

Please note that color of products may vary slightly from screen to screen (WYS -may not be WYG). Moreover, the color and type of leather may have slightly difference due to the nature of the raw materials
